today (it's 12 in the afternoon right now) i've eaten:
-2 eggs
-piece of whole wheat bread
-apple
-1 cup diced veggies
-2.5 cups of veggie thin crackers with 0 trans fat (80cals/15)
and drank water.
i'm going to the gym for cardio, then kickboxing this day. is this good?
