okay today ive ate
breakfast–
-90 cal granola bar
lunch
-1 cup whole wheat pasta with 50 cal and 1/2 gram of fat pasta sauce (250 cal)
-grilled boneless skinless chicken 4 oz (110 cal)
-cup of broccoli-(40 cal)
-2 thin cookies natural (100 cal)
