Doesn't that seem a little silly to place limitations on people like that?
Answer: Once you get above a certain level on Yahoo Answers, the limits are taken off.
For example, I'm at Level 4 and have unlimited answering ability and unlimited questioning capability. I note that you're on Level 1, which is much more restrictive.
