Now our school ball is coming up and for a while I havn't had a date so I didn't plan on going. But a friend has offered to be my date (as friends) and i havn't seen her in about a year. I want to look really good well nearly good and have a bit of definition on me. What steps should I follow to make sure I have the ability to lose this weight? or even more
Answer:
Well, my first suggestion would be to eat the correct foods; avoid excess fat (obviously) and less carbohydrates (you still need them - just cut back a bit). Eat healthy!!!
Secondly is of course the exercise. Not only must you attend the gym more often, but you also must TRAIN harder!! Also do other things like walking to the shops instead of driving, taking the stairs instead of the lift, walking or jogging with your dog and other small things like that!
You must be committed, motivated and have the willpower to succeed.
Work hard and resist the temptations to eat rubbish food.
