I've been seriously considering taking yoga, but I'm not entirely sure how I should go about doing that.
Do you find it more resting to do it by yourself or with a class?
Is there music playing when you do yoga, or do you like silence?
How often do you do it?
I really don't know the first thing about it, so please try giving as much information as possible!

I find it more relaxing doing it by myself, because I feel more comfortable knowing i am alone and nobody is watching me.
I prefer light rain music, not exaggerating but just a little bit so it's not too silent.
I do it 3 times a week since I do it in my home, but 1 time a week is enough if you do it in a class.
yoga's great. it takes away a lot of stress, so whatever you decide, your gonna love it..
