last time i've been to the gym was almost 2 months ago…I feel terrible…but I couldn't keep up with my trainer & all..

what will happen to the muscles? what would they be converted into? more fat? or just loose skin?

Answer:
You start losing muscle about 5 days to a week after you stop– you also gain weight since you need fewer calories when you have less muscle.

The good news is that when you start getting back in shape it goes a lot faster than if you were *never* in shape.

But yeah it sucks for the first week when you're just feeling so slow– uggggg. I just went through that, but now I'm doing much superior so just hang in there.

Answer:
Muscle doesnt turn into fat, and it doesnt work visa versa, either.

two absolutely different tissues.

Anything not being used will just be broken down since its way too metabolically costly to keep for no reason.
