Answer:
I think you don't need to worry about your weight as such.
It is superior to be a bit lower on the scale than to be overweight.
Too many people are too heavy and have a life time of health problem plus always need to watch diet.
The dizziness could be that your iron level is low, or that you don't drink enough liquids.
For the dizziness:
First begin yourself on a 2 liter (about 2 quarts) water or fresh juice intake and see if your dizziness will disappear. If not, ask your parents if they are willing to get you a “Floradix” liquid from a local health food store.
This is a natural iron supplier without causing havoc on your stomach or causing constipation. It has a lot of other beneficial nutrients as well and will do you only good.
As long as you eat enough fresh fruits and vegetables, whole wheat type of breads, and some natural plain yogurt (without sugar or fruits), just to name a few good foods,
you should not have to worry about your weight.
Answer:
At the point when you ask if you’re a healthy weight and state when you stand up things go black and you get dizzy, should be a clue that you may be very malnurished. So put on some weight! Eat better, and supply your body with some nutrients.
Answer:
Umm…you need to gain about 30-40 pounds.
