I eat very healthy. No junk food, sweets, soft drinks or anything like that. I work out 45 minutes a day. 15 minutes free weights. 10 minutes abs. 20 minutes on the bike. I'm not seeing results. Should i do more? I'm probably getting around 1100-1300 calories a day. I've been workout out for around 3 weeks now.

Maybe youve been gaining muscle?
Or maybe you dont need to lose weight?
However I would try to do more exercise, maybe that’ll help.

Melting calories became a piece of cake (LOL) for me when I began trying out acai berry. I know they state that pills will not work, but they definitely worked for me, and they have been featured on the Rachael Ray Show too. There's a free trial going on at the moment at http://nefocils.oparch.com , try it out, how worse could it make things?
