Okay im a 16 year old male and i've had just enough of my belly fat, now i weigh 230 pounds and height is 6 foot 1. Now the charts at the doctors state im obese and my dad weighs in the 200's area aswell but he's all muscle and it also says he's obese. I'm getting sick of my belly fat, waking up and feeling it and jumping feel it. I dont look heavy at all and the only way you could see my belly fat at all would be if i took off my shirt, my fat isnt hanging out but its rather annoying. I need some help on how to lose this belly fat before summer hits so i can take off my shirt with pride. Any ideas on how to lose it and something that shows effect within a couple of days? i know eat right and i do.

Each day i walk 40 minutes bringing my brother to their school and back which equals up to be 80 minutes walking a day to pick them up and bring them back. Is that alone enough for me to lose belly fat? i'm not trying to muscle up yet so dont give me muscle ideas i need some belly fat removel ideas.

started this Diet (lifestyle change) in the middle of November at 140lbs, and now at 119lbs

A DIET IS WHAT YOU EAT….there for we are all on a diet….
THINK LIFESTYLE CHANGE

You got the change the way you think and feel about food

TRY THIS, and stick to it.

The first 3-4 weeks are the hardest until your body adjusts to the change.
Results will be in about the same time

Fruits and Veggies

Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.

Don't eat anything that comes in a can, box or package….
…..THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD…..
If man made it, don't eat it

NO white BREAD or SUGAR

NO FRIED FOOD…

Stay away from FAST FOOD

Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog

Don't think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change

I’ve lost 25.5 pounds in 2 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week….controlled portion….this really works………

Write down each thing you eat

Take a multi vitamin at night

if you’ve belly fat you can at least tone it by working your abdominals. You have to gain muscle there or sculpt it then you work out with cardio like running or anything that keeps your heart up. Have any aerobic exercise for an hour but at a moderate pace. Walking your brother is very light unless you’re like running with him lol. Last thing when you eat make sure it's 500 below your calorie limit. Also when you do begin shedding fat, it will be all over your body, like arms, face, stomach, anywhere really.

bro? are you really that fat??? um.. ok look bro, chicks don't like that so just spend a lot of time in the gym like me!! (girls can work out) and walk the extra mile (seriously) and um watch your diet and you’ll be looking hott in weeks. OH I JUST READ NOT TRYING TO GET MUSLE. anyways working out can lose wait and when you get to a size you like you can stop and not get musely but look great
