I've been trying different classes (yoga, spinning, dance), doing cardio and strength training and I just have been having a hard time keeping motivated and committed to the gym. I'm not sure how it lost interest, I like getting fit, but I just can't stand to be there anymore. What can I do now to spice it up?

Try doing something outdoors or swimming (if you're able to due to weather)…

Go with a friend… Or take a scrawny guy with you to make you look larger
