i make a very low calorie soup with just onion, a tin of chopped tomato, water and tomato puree. i think it works out at about 70 calories a bowl and its really filling and tastes great. egg whites are about 7 calories each proteiny high in protien. weight watchers yogurts are 50 calories each. apples and oranges are 50 calories each. baked white fish. turkey. quorn is astounding if you enjoy it. grill it and season with lemon and pepper it tastes great and it so low calories. porridge made with water. ice lollies. ill let you know if i can think of any others

popcorn- you can eat quite a lot for a low amount of calories

apple chips- 140 calories per serving
