right now i am 177 pounds (dont make fun) and by may-june 09 i want to weigh around 140-150 pounds.. with exercise (5-6 times a week) and TRYING to eat good and eating smaller portions. how much weight do i need to lose a week//month… can i do it? tips?!

You can lose that easily in 3 months time. Just make sure when you go to the gym you do cardio for at least 30 minutes each time you go. Hi, the ideal way to lose weight is to lose it at 1/2kg - 1kg a week. Sorry i don't know pounds i think it maybe 2pounds a week max - anything more than that you will put back on as it will have meant you were not doing it healthily.

This means exercising 1/2hr - 1hr day 5 days per week, and eating a low fat, high protein diet.
