High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). HIIT is the most effective cardio exercise, burning fat 9 times more effectively than any other cardio. Also, unlike pretty much each other form of cardio, HIIT does not burn muscle mass, that’s a massive reason why bodybuilders use HIIT during slicing stages.

It should only be done 2-3 times a week, non-consecutively. Due to its intensity you can't do it each day, you need rest for your central and peripheral nervous system to recover. Find out how to do HIIT here:
