Okay, So, I am like skinny [not trying to brag], but on my face I get chubby when I eat fatty foods! I hate it, especially, I get chubby looking before big days. Yikes! Sometimes, I crave too much, how do I stop that? Like, my brother will eat chips in front of me and I'll try one and then be like, okay one more, then I keep eating them!
I need tips how to eat healthy, and stop cravings.
By the way, I do exercise regulary
