Force feeding will just make everything worse because anorexic people will feel like they just gained a lot of weight and will resist food even more.
Anorexia is a mental disease that has to be treated on a psychological level

They might feed you through a tube but then later when your better they take may take you to a therapist to try to make you see what you actually look like and try to get you to eat normally again and get back to the normal weight range

Doctors don't but if an anorexic is being treated for anorexia in a hospital, the nurses will try to make sure they eat and if they won't eat then they have to be put on a drip.
