this is my stomach now, its not that huge..what can i do?

heres what you do(this works for me!) when you’re eating, take a mouth full and keep chewing 20 times. this helps break down the food so digesting it wont be so hard. it will also get rid of the bloating and make your stomach thin and lean…hope i helped! :]
