I eat while using the web, watching tv/movies, etc.
What to do?
I normally ride my bike, skate, swim but it's winter so I can't do that.
How can I control binge eating over bordem. Water doesn't help. I tried that.

Also, I have the ability to never find the motivation to use my treadmill…how can I find the motivation?


Answer:
You probably lack the motivation because your body feels sluggish from binge eating. So once you cut this out, then you'll feel more physically motivated.

The ideal way to avoid binge eating is to just not have any fattening/sugary foods in the house. I only ever buy choc chip cookies and they're for my boyfriend, otherwise I purchase nuts & fruit to snack on when bored or hungry between meals.

You've got to find someone that you can swiftly turn to when you're bored & hungry. Gum works well, it kind of tricks you into thinking you're eating, but get sugar free gum.

Have a glass of fresh juice. Fresh orange juice is the ideal because it's filling and sweet enough to kill any cravings. Banana's are good too, high in fiber, filling & sweet.

So because it's winter then yeah, that can make it hard to get outdoors. But you can still go swimming, provided it's an indoor swim center. And everytime you feel tempted to reach for the fridge and gobble down whatever you first see then drop to the ground & do 20 push-ups or sit-ups. You'll feel superior in yourself for exercising (though only a little) than you would for eating all of Nanna's homemade chocolate cake!

And as for using the treadmill, place it in front of the Television, when you're favorite TV show is on jump on and don't stop till the show ends. You'll be more interested in the Television than dreading what you're doing you'll hardly notice you're exercising.
