how do you use the massive exercise ball for an abb work out? and how long each day?


Answer:
put your feet against a wall and lean back against the ball

take a weight ball, throw it at the wall

lean back and catch it. 5 min. each rep

if you don't have a weight ball, then just do sit ups but roll back across the ball to make it harder for your abs to get back up to that sit up position. You'll feel it in no time :)

You can use a Stability Ball to do a variety of exercises:

crunches

push ups

planks

sit on it while doing dumbbell exercises.
