I’m a 13 year old girl who is 5'51/2″ and 131lbs but I feel really fat! I was anorexic before so I might be biased. Everyone I tell I'm fat to say I'm normal, thin, or just want attention but I feel realllllllllllllly fat! People always think I weigh like 115lbs but I'm heavier than I look, why is that?

I'm 13 years old too! & I state you're not fat. I wish I could actually be your height and weight. I used to be anorexic too. I'm 5'1, and I weigh about 95 pounds. It takes a lot of effort from me to just GAIN weight.
If you go on a diet, you could lose control of it. Don't worry , you're perfect the way you are. Maybe it's just your growth spurt. Don't worry, when you grow up, it'll all go back to normal.

I envy your height AND weight. You are 13 and it is your time to care about life, not to stress about weight. Anorexia does not go away, it is a constant struggle, and quite frankly weight it not your issue but self image. I'm sure that people think you weigh less because of your beautiful height. Also muscle weighs more than fat. These are positive things. Please talk to someone (parent, friend's parent, teacher, minister ) that can help you feel superior about yourself. No one is perfect, and we should always try to improve ourselves, however not necessary physically. Please, please speak with someone you trust.

if you eat badly you should change that, such as maybe slicing back on the sweets and the sodium.
and the ideal thing to help you lose weight besides just eating well, is exercising.
find a local gym, or even going for a long walk, or buying some exercise videos and equipment (most are not expensive depending on what you buy) {you can purchase stuff like that at Barnes and Noble, Walmart, and even Linenes and Things.}
you can even go on the internet and look up some things on how to get healthier and lose weight.
if you watch more than one hour of tv, then stop!
by you just sitting there, you’ll only get fatter.
so if you go to Barnes and Noble to get videos and equipment pick up a few books so that you can read.

Because weight doesn't have a look. You do not need to lose weight. Your weight is perfect for your height. Anyone who tells you differently is a moron. 131 pounds looks like more on someone who is 5'1 than on someone who is 5'5. You don't look like you're 115. You look trim and normal.
