you need to eat healthy

first of all you need to balance your food correctly

if you have soup you cant have a second dish

the protein portion has to be as big as your hand

the salad portion has to be more massive than the carb portion

measure the carbs with a measuring cup and it can only be up to one cup of carbs.

so for example this is what i eat and ive lost ten pounds in a month

breakfast

a toast

a fruit

and a glass of milk or it could be yogurt

Lunch

Rice

Tomato Salad

and chicken or meat or tuna

and two fruits

Dinner

its the same as lunch but in smaller measurements

less rice

less salad

less protein

and two fruits

that actually works if you do it correctly

dont eat much sugar i mean not on a daily basis

dont eat fat

usually diets when you stop eating your losing muscle and not fat so when you begin gettin fat again you have less muscle than you had last time you were fat and a lot more body fat than before. so your porcentage of body fat starts increasing

by eating correctly you lose fat and not muscle!

this really does the trick

i hope you do follow this

and good luck

Answer:
When losing weight, you should follow the dual course: exercise and

diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get more massive

appetite, which will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow

underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without

exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For

diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food

after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on

your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If

you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey

cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your

diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you don’t have to

compute points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,

begin with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the

most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a

lot, walk first or you might have health complications (heart attack,

disjointed bones and so on) For targeting your problem areas, check up

Ok, You want to lose weight, well you need to do something about it and not just sit there get up off the couch put the chips down and start walking. Trust me when i say that if you walk a little bit at a time you’ll lose weight. Or you can always run don't try to run 5 miles the first day just work your self up and before long you will be tiny and also you need to eat right cause if you don't the walking and running wont help you at all. Good Luck & Best Wishes
