I would really appreciate answers from people who have really tried it and read the book. I’m 17 years old, 5'2 1/2 and 167 lbs. I’m a bit overweight not much but about 15 pounds overweight. My birthday is coming up and July and I wanna find a plan that I have the ability to stick to until then. I want to loose atleast 20 pounds by July 7th. Is that possible?
I would appreciate any insight you have on the plan or my goals..
please no links to other websites that just want to steal my money..

Look, I'm not expert at it and not know this book, but if you work, everything is possible.
Begin very slowly.
Lose weight in very little time is not good!
Then plan everything with calm.
Until July, you’ve time.
Begin reducing the amounts of candys, chocolate, soda and things not so healthy.
Make a lot of exercise.
This is enssencial!
And drink plenty of water.
Search the Web tips for healthy weight loss, not with medicine and such things.
Just start to eat something more healthy, will do well to exercise and drink plenty of water.
I'm sure with enough effort and enough strength of will you can!
Also, you are not so above the weight.
I know many people who were in a situation much worse than your's and succeeded!
Why can not you? Only if enough effort!
By July, you can!
