I’m trying to go on a non-HFCS diet but I am not finding anything on the web. Can anyone advocate a website or a diet with no HFCS in it. Thanks.
Answer:
A diet that you should look into is a diet called the Paleo Diet or the Caveman Diet. It concentrates on eating natural foods with tiny or no chemicals or processed foods. It's very easy to follow, all you’ve to ask yourself is, was this food around when the cavemen were on the earth.
The diet isn’t necessarily a weight loss diet, but can be used as one if you also watch your caloric intake. I went from 235 to 205 over 3 months following the diet and regularly exercising.
If you are looking for specific foods without HFCS, I would recommend a health food store like Whole Foods or Trader Joe's. They have lots of natural foods that can help you along your way.
The following websites should help you start:

http://www.paleofood.com/

Answer:
why do you need to find a specific diet that does not have HFCS? why cant you just eliminate it from your diet? thats what i did. i would also stay away from aspartame (very common artificial sweetener). we do not have the enzymes to break it down
Answer:
Foods without HFCS:
1. fruits
2. fresh vegetables
3. fish & lean meats
4. eggs
