Food..eating habits!?

I'm 13 years old and I’ve SOME belly fat. And I’m really skinny thought cause everyone always states “OMG! your sooo skinny” but I do have some stomach fat. And I'm trying to eat only healthy food and exercize daily, but I get SOOO distracted and eat SOOO much junk like I’ve 3 pieces of cake when it's out! Please help me think of a way to cease these dumb eating habits!!

Most people mistake hunger for thirst so when you get the feeling to eat loads or snack drink some water (cold) or some other liquid.

Just listen to your body more and drink water before meals.
