I have PCOS (Polycyctic Ovarian Syndrome) which can cause weight gain and I’m INSULIN RESISTENT. I hate vegetables other than potatoes and corn and unfortunately they’re starchy and not the best for you. I finally have the mind set to lose weight. I’ve joined a gym and have been going 4 times a week for 1 and 1/2 hours everyday. I’m not seeing results.
I love chicken, pizza (which I have pretty much gave up), and I and not a large sweets person.
Any food recommendations? I done a carb diet before and lost weight but I go back to eating carbs and gain it back and I'm a WW (Weight Watcher) drop out? I really am serious on getting skinny and healthy.
Any ideas are appreciated. Please try to not be to critical of me though. I know I got myself here by poor choices but I’m ready to change. I am ready to feel good about myself again!

Have you considered trying WW again? It really is the ideal way to lose weight. Go to a meeting just to check it out, talk with the leaders and tell them your problems. There are two different programs that you can select from, one of them should be good for you.
One other thing I have the ability to tell you, from experience, is that you should be eating if you are exercising like you say you’re. Exercising is energy, you need fuel to make energy to make your muscles work properly. Food is that fuel. The more you exercise, the more you need to fuel up. WW can instruct you the formula to figure out how much is good for the exercising you are doing.
Good luck with all this. I know how hard it is… and know that NO ONE is critical of you. Also remember that NO ONE is perfect. Yay for you for wanting to make that change!!!
