Thinking of getting one to put under my desk, or to use while watching tv. I also have an elliptical that I plan to use, however, it not as convenient.


Answer:
Well its superior than nothing, especially if you are stuck behind a desk for most of your day (I know how you feel).

I advocate getting outdoors more if you can. Like try to eat you lunch at your desk while you work, then go for a walk on your lunch hour. Or go for a bike ride around the neighborhood or at a local park.

If the weather sucks then that would be a good substitute along with the eliptical. But mix up you activities so you don't get bored!
