Don't they realize just how MUCH exercise that would require? I exercise everyday, and I’m toned, not bulky, but toned. I can't envision how much work it would require for me to ever get massive. Why don't these girls think of a better excuse for being lazy?
Answer:
lol its so stupid I lift weights 2 to 4 times a week and I don't have big muscles but I am toned its also stupid when girls want to spot reduce their legs and they use leg machines in the weight room because that's only going to make their legs look larger
Answer:
First of all, it's certainly impossible for girls even if they wish to bulk up muscles as guys do. It's because testosterone hormone which secretes in males plays a vital role in building muscles and such kinda stuffs. The next thing is, no girl will wish to get such a massive muscles, because they themselves know that it won't suit them. Apart from bulking muscles to high extent, many girls dream of getting a well-toned body as of yours. So be glad of yourselves:)
Answer:
I can't take you seriously when you use the word 'toned' lol.
But you are right, most females are never going to get massive amounts of muscle because genetics and lack of testosterone just won't grant it. The ones that do get really big are usually on steroids.
Answer:
Exercising helped me to lose loads of weight when I combined it along with using acai berry. I know they say that pills don't work, however they definitely worked for me, and they’ve been showcased on CNN too. There’s a free trial on currently at http://semacte.casadellerose.it , try it out, what’s the worst that could happen?
Answer:
Most girls don't want to get muscles and look like guys, but there are exercises to keep them healthy and not build up muscles like guys.
Answer:
I always wonder this too. It's pure ignorance.

Answer:
