i want a 6-pack but i dontknow what the best workout is to get it. i have a slight one, like its there just not really defined, but i want it to be… what excercise will build my ab muscles and help me get a 6-pack?

Though I tend to agree with the first answer, here's a easy excercise I learned back in my junior football days. Leg lifts;

Lie on your back, legs straight, arms by your side, palms flat on the floor. Keep both feet together then lift your heels about 6 inches off the floor without bending your knees and keep them there for a count of around 5 (or until you start to feel the strain on your stomach). Then open your legs wide, keeping those knees straight. Hold them open for another count of 5, then feet back together and down on the floor again. Repeat the excercise a few times, but dont overdo it. You should feel a bearable strain but if it starts to injured, then stop the excercise. If you do those daily, then within a few weeks you'll have noticeable abs.

Sit ups are also very good for the abs and a few other mucles, though you'll need to find someone or something to hold your ankles down for you.

Push-ups and pull ups.. But why do you want a six- pack?… is it just for fun or.. do you’ve a good reason why you want it.. Remember always think twice!!!!!!!!!!
