HI I'M ASKING A QUESTION ON MY DAD'S PROFILE. WELL ANYWAY I WAS WONDERING IF WHAT IM BENCHING IS GOOD. I'M 5'10″ 146 POUNDS AND I CAN BENCH 185. I USUALLY DO 160 THOUGH. SO IS THIS GOOD, BAD, OR AVERAGE FOR MY AGE? I'M 13.
