Hi, Kel, your diet has some good things going for it, but there's a lot of room for improvement, to call it “healthy.” I'm going to link you to a page called “Eat Healthy” so that you can compare your diet with a suggested healthy diet.

http://www.easy-weightloss-tips.com/eat-…

A typical healthy diet means understanding the food pyramid, the food groups, the suggested servings, etc. That is how you should eat for life! If you eat that way and have 3 small, healthy meals a day and 2 small, healthy snacks, you’ll lose weight if you want, or at the least “get healthy.” Each meal should be less than 400 calories and each snack should be about 100-150 calories. Again, that's for weight loss. If you just want to maintain your weight and gain overall health, you can up those calories by 100 calories per meal/snack. Eating highly nutritious foods is the key, so think in terms of lean protein, veggies, whole-grains, fruits, low-fat dairy, and heart-healthy oils. BTW, one tablespoon of your fat-free marshmallow creme won't do much damage, but remember that it's high in sugar and calories, and has some unhealthy ingredients, so keep your portions small! Good luck!!

the morning isnt healthy a lot! You need to eat enough to make sure that you’ve enough for your body to work! Dont starve yourself just to lose a few pounds! It will do more harm then help!

The key is excersise! Try walking or going for a small jog for 10-30 min almost everyday! This is the way to lose weight and tone your body!! ;)

but also eat healthily!!

more than what you’re having for your diet, especially in the morning!
