Answer:
Because you’re a healthy weight for your height you will find it hard to lose weight and you may find that because you’re exercising so much you’re gaining weight that is muscle not fat. Also, body weight fluctuates up to 4lbs in just one day so to get an accurate weight you need to weigh yourself as soon as you get up in the morning. There is no quick fix to losing weight, but at 15 years old, I would certainly not advocate a diet for you while your body is still developing and you don’t need to lose anything. Rather than trying to lose weight, you need to be speaking to a parent or doctor about why you feel you should weigh less xxx

The pattern for losing weight isn’t difficult - consume less food and exercise more - the difficulties appear when we actually try to put that into practice! There are loads of opportunities to fail out there aren't there?! The one method which really showed results for me was green tea, it can be checked out in the resource box underneath, they have a small number of free trials in stock, it has been reported in Fox News and USA Today. I melted away thrity pounds, it really does produce success!
Answer:
don't diet!! that is the solution i discovered….i spent my life doing different diets & got SO fed up with it all…i gave up dieting.
as soon as you mention the word diet…all you consider is food & when your next meal is coming - it's a roller coaster nightmare ride. i am now trim…just by not dieting & therefore i don't crave any foods because i have some of what i want - when i want!!

You definitely should not starve yourself while on a diet because you will only be slowing down your metabolism. You need to eat at least 1200 calories per day.I’ve been on this diet now and I have lost 17 pounds in less than a month. Basically I’ve been following The Biggest Loser Diet and it has been extraordinary. I’ve realized that now I can eat more [quantity wise] of healthy foods than I could of processed, junkie foods. Now I am almost never as hungry as I once was. First, I started cutting out all sodas, sugary soft drinks, and juices and instead I started drinking anywhere between 64-80 ounces of water each and each day. Drinking your water ice cold helps you to not give in to your cravings. Instead of snacking on junk foods try snacking on fruits and vegetables. Fruits can take the place of sweets that you would have been craving before. You should also make sure to watch your portion size because you could be eating the right foods but just too much of it. A great weigh to burn calories swift and get in shape is to do some sort of cardio activity for at least 30 minutes each day. Personally I would recommend 45 minutes to 1 hour of cardio per day. Another great way to lose weight that’ll also help you tone up is to start a strength training program. Essentially you should be following through with your strength training program 3-4 days per week.
Here’s an example of what I eat each day;
Breakfast: 1 cup of cream of wheat [you can spice it up with bananas, fruits, spices, etc.]
Snack: 1 cup of grapes
Lunch: Half of a ham/turkey [protein] sandwich on whole-wheat bread
Carrots with a tiny bit of ranch dressing to dip it in.
1 cup Cantaloupe
Snack: ½ cup cottage cheese with mandarin oranges
Dinner: Chicken fajitas on Whole-Wheat tortillas
Dessert: Low-calorie ice-cream bars such as the “Skinny Cow” brand ice cream bars.
Hope this helps you (:
