you’re in adolescence period. You don't seem to be interested in anything productive. I hope I'm right. This time will pass eventually. You don't have to waste your efforts on anything. Just enjoy lethargy and waste time.

Get into a routine, begin off doing a few sit ups each night and then gradually do more and begin to do the same with push ups and squats! x
