my upper body is skinny! my legs are thin but they can be superior..how can i loose about 5 pounds on my legs before swimsuit time? also if you’ve any tips on how to loose weight in your but area would be great to tell my friend

I'm skinny in the upper body too! I lose it there first…I've been challenged by my husband whose hoping to start a fitness business to do some stuff and is using me for his Guinea-pig. I don't mind!!
Walking Lunges! They’re regular lunges that you do in a set of 10 but you're walking through them, you're not stationary. Never let your knee go over your toes. You especially get a great workout if you have a small incline to do them on!
Squats are intense as well and you could do those the same days you do your lunges, 3 times a week. 2 sets of 30 work great for me. Just make sure you're doing them correctly. Keep your back straight(like you're going to sit down), and push out from your heels.
This is also a good one that can be tough to begin but reaps great results: Sitting against the wall with your thighs parallel to the floor like you're sitting in a chair. Stay there for as long as you can until your thighs and legs burn, then stand and shake it out, and repeat.
crunches: having a strong core sets the workout pace for the rest of your body, it also prevents any lower back strain.
push ups, arm weights…
running: so great! One of the best lower body exercises. You need to have a good amount of cardio along with exercises that strain your muscles in order to see changes.
these are absolutely easy, but with some time, you'll be seeing results swiftly. My husband has me doing these 3 days a week and in the last month (of being faithful and diligent to do them) i've lost 2 lbs and 3.5 inches all over my body.
Remember that in order to lose in one area of your body, you need to be losing in all areas of your body and the ideal way to bump up the calorie burn is to work out all of the major muscle groups. That's why i recommend some arm stuff as well. All body toning is the fastest way to lose anywhere.
