Ideally, i would like to go from around 12% body fat to 7% body fat.
I am 15 and am in peak physical form, the only problem is I have some fat around my body. Not much, but I wanna be ripped.
I'm told that at 15 my “puppy” fat has hormones which make me grow- is this true?
Ideally, I would continue on my calorie defict diet for 7 weeks ( i've already lost 2 inches from my waist) and then go back to normal.
Would this be okay?
or would it be impossible to lose the puppy fat
Educated answers only please!

Answer:
Your abs look great, but you know, the pic with your t-shirt on, you don't look like you lift weights at all. Ok, let's forget all the jokes about how you remind me of screech from saved by the bell :p you’ve done well BF wise, and sure, you can lose more. Whatever that dude told you about puppy fat hormones is non science rubbish. The only problem you have, is that you are trying to get superlean at the most important time to be growing for your body. You will make the best muscle gains at this time period in your teens, don't waste it ripping muscle that there's not a whole lot of to lose. Besides that advice, good job. If I were you, I wouldn't try to be below 10-12% until I was in my mid-late 20's. The leaner you get, the more muscle you sacrifice, and trust me, abs are not the be and end all. Decent shoulders, legs, back, chest and arms, these are far more appealing to the fairer sex. Build more muscle and it will be easier to stay leaner. Remember, muscle is your friend not your enemy. Don't fear fat! All the ideal.
Answer:
Avoid sugar/fructose/artificial sweeteners, honey, commercial products, protein powders, fats, oils, meat, fish, butter, milk/dairy. Other than one teaspoon of oil, all of these ingredients are not necessary for a healthy diet. Juices tend to have additives and might have less fiber than whole fruits. Some food additives can be very unhealthy for some people.
You should eat the equivalent of about 1 teaspoon of oil per day, so eat some nuts you like. You should also eat beans, brown rice, and whole grains. Don't forget to eat whole fruits and vegetables.

Answer:
you've got to cut down on the foods that aren't healthy, if you do eat foods that are unhealthy though
eat more foods with protein (eggs, chicken, fish…), and drinks with vitamin or just water
but most importantly, do at least 30 minutes of cardio everyday
so, either jog or play sports for 30 min. every day, and I think you'll be fine

Answer:
your 15 so your still growing, this extra skin and weight is essential, just think if it wasnt there and you grew taller your skin would just tear! as you get taller it evens out (some one who weighs say 120lbs and is 5'8 is slimmer than someone who is 120lbs and is 5'1… do you see it has more of a frame and height to cover) your body is changing so much at this time because your going from and adolecent into a adult. puppy fat will go if it is puppy fat, its only there until you grow and it “stretches” or gets more evenly spaced out. if you’re sure its not going to go, just cut back on escess fat in your diet. carbs give you energy and protein builds and fuels your muscle so you need both of them to maintain your physique. dont cut back too much or your body will digest its muscle.
Answer:
Getting down to less than 10% body fat isn’t good. Even professional body builders don't remain 'ripped' all year round. It's a too unhealty say to remain in and can lead to many illnesses and other long-term health issues. I think you are too engrossed with your fat reduction desires and should forget being so 'ripped'.
At 15 you’re fighting your natural tendency to store fat tissue. Wait a while …several years…. before trying to cut the fat. Body fat of around 15% is more healthily acceptable for a male…..especially at your current age.
Fat doesn't really produce any hormones but, some hormones are fat soluble and as such will store some hormones you need. Losing too much fat will make you a bit deficient in these hormones. Short term isn't too bad but long term the effects can cause problems.
Without trying to sound nasty…..get real about what you want to do with your body and how you want to look.
