Okay, It's spring break 2009, and I want to lose weight before school starts back up. I'm 14 and a half and I weigh 165 pounds….. I would like to lose weight. Please help! I have about 8 days till school starts back up.

I'v been on a diet for about a month now and iv lost about 8 lbs. My family eats out a lot so iv had to sacrifice and stay at home and make something healthy to eat. I'm not even a massive person its just for my cycling i want to be in top physical shape. Eight days isn't that much time to lose a lot of weight but this is what you should know. In a nut shell a calorie is a unit of energy. The more calories you consume the more energy you need to put out by physical activity of some sort. So if your eating less calories and exercising then all together your calorie intake for the day should be pretty low. Make sure you eat at each meal though! A lot of people trying to lose weight fast have some bad ideas to not eat at some meals and that’s no good. Proportion is a massive thing too. If you’ve to eat what your family is having then just have small proportions of stuff. Just be safe, and good luck!

ok its very hard to loose a lot of weight in a week but maybe by summer yu could drop a couple pounds. im currently on a diet. EAT HEALTHY get rid of all bad sugar, dont eat nuts, or peanut butter. Only drink water exacept if u wana drnik a sugar less juice reduce dairy (it helps) Eat fruits and vegtables as snacks. RUN running is the ideal exercise just start running everyday for like a half n hour!
