I have a fat ***. Always have. And I love it. However, I'd love it even more if it was a bit more toned. This goes for my thighs to. I don't want to lose my butt or thighs, just tone them. How can I achieve this??

Squats.. they're effective and can be done anywhere, without getting into workout gear. Stand with your feet shoulder-length apart, tighten your stomach and keep your back straight, and squat down until your knees line up with your feet, and then slowly resume position, and repeat.

I started doing 50 squats two times a day and in a few weeks, my bum and thighs (and even hips) were so much firmer!

I had too much fat in all the wrong zones until I tried acai berry, I know they state that pills won’t work, but they certainly worked for me, and they've been featured on the Rachael Ray Show too.
