Can you tell me please!

Answer:
u write wat time wat u ate and how much

then u write down wat time u exercise and finished and how u exercised

Answer:
I have mine on an Excel spreadsheet. I just chart what I eat and how many calories are in it and then use Excel to add it up. On another spreadsheet I have a calendar that I plan out my workouts on. After I complete them I put a slash though it and it makes me feel like I’ve accomplished something. It's really easy to do on Excel.

Answer:
when i was a bit younger, my step mother made me keep one. she got me this weightwatcher's book that told me how many calories every food had. you find how much your suppose to have based on how much you weigh and then write what you eat down. if the calories of the food goes over what your suppose to have then you ate to much for the day. =) it actually really helped me manage my meals. good luck.

Hey There

Shedding weight can be tough , but it is well worth your time

I know right where you are though. Last year, I was told that I had diabetes and was told to lose some weight and get on a healthy diet. My doctor told me about this diet and told me he’d found at at http://healthcrib.com/Weight-Loss/ . I took a look at it and began it about 6 months ago. I’ve lost 75 pounds since then. It was a lot easier than other programs that I have been on and I finally got results. My diabetes is under control now and I got a good report from my doctor.

Best of Luck To You
