I'm down to the point where i need to lose weight. I'm 15 and weigh 145. my height is 5'4 or 5'5. Im thinking of working out each other day and eating lots of fruits. How long do you think it'll take me?

be active and get a Friend or sibling to tag along so you don't get discouraged. You might want to contact your physician or nutritionist for some meal tips to promote healthy living and eating for the whole family. In most cases, other people in the household are overweight as well and need to be taught how to live and eat right to loose the weight and keep it off.

First of all, you are 15 and I doubt that you really need to lose weight. However, that being stated I’ve been losing weight from a program called Fat Burning Furnace. I found it on www.fatlossreviews.org. They’d a few sites that they had reviewed, some for girls and some for guys. It seemed like they knew what they were talking about. You should check it out, it would probably be healthier than the diet you’re thinking about. Any ways good luck.

ok eat nothing but fruits vegetables chicken and beef for the next 4 days to lose between 17-19 pounds. also try working out for 2-3 hours a day or each other day.
