None i never do can`t stand the stuff give me a good old bar of chocolate anyday. I just don`t like the taste or texture of fruit but i admire anyone who can do the 5 a day

No fruit yet. However, I did have a nice serving of steamed carrots and a nice serving of steamed veggies for lunch. This afternoon for my snack I plan on having a bowl of frozen mixed fruit. For dinner, two or three servings of veggies. Before bed, a bowl of frozen blueberries and frozen strawberries. I might even have some raisins this day, too. They're good for just munching on. (This is a typical day for me.)

4 and will be having fishcakes with peas and sweetcorn and losts of frozen veg too so that'll be 6 in total. I've been eating 5-7 peices of fruit and veg since starting weight watchers and feel all the better for it
