hiya guys,
im 15 years old, 5 foot 8 and im about 10 stone/63.7kg first of all is this a good weight for my height and age?

Secondly im in pretty good shape i think, if got really broad shoulders but my back isn't very muscly and i want to build if up abit to get a thicker build if you know what i mean?

Is there any type of training i can do to help me?

The best way to work out ur back is push ups and pullups. Pushups are easy and can be done anywhere. Pullups on other hand cant. Go on amazon.com and by a pull up bar, u'll be able to set it up inbetween ur door frame. IF YOU WANT A MUSCULAR BACK. PUSHUPS AND PULLUPS. Ur welcome tiny man lol. I need some points dude. Mark me as the ideal answer.

If you're 15 you can start with body weight exercises…

1) Eat at least 3 meals a day each one with a huge piece of animal (protein)
2) Get stronger… do a lot of chin-ups & pull-ups, push-ups

Chin-ups & Pull-ups will build your back superior then anything! Remember to use as many different hand positions as you can (over hand, under hand, close grip, wide grip, blended grip [one over one under]. Once you can get up to about 15 reps with good form (your chin needs to get higher then your hands at the top and your arms need to be fully stretched in the bottom position) you can begin to add weight (hold a weight between your legs or use a weight belt).
