I want to get fit in 2-3 mayby 4 weeks an i dont just meane weight loss i meane toned .how do i do that in a short time and how can i get 1 or 2 hours of exercsize i am not that buysy but i usally like to workout alone without the pepole in my home annoying me then acting worried or whatever .

You should try running a few sprints some days and run long distance other days to get in shape. Begin off slow and push yourself; if you don't push yourself, you won't get in shape. Add on longer distances and more speed as you start getting more in shape.
Also, try doing leg-lifts and wall-sits to improve leg muscle mass and do push-ups to improve arm muscle mass. Don't forget to take a good amount of time to stretch so you don't injure yourself.
A great, great, Great exercise to do for your abs are planks. You balance on your arms and toes for at least 45 seconds, take a 30 second break and restart. Do these at least 3 times every other day (or every day) and you will definitely be well on your way to getting abs =D

Don't forget to eat healthy, stay away from pop and candy, etc. and stay dedicated. If you slack off for a week or longer, you’ll lose much of your efforts and time.

getting fit is a little different for everyone and it depends on there genes, so in 2-3 weeks you might not get the results your looking for, it also depends on your current fitness level.
if your new to exercising, then you should be taking it slower in the beginning, do some stretches to avoid injuries.
for a toned look, i'd say you should do push-ups. do about 2-3 sets and do if to failure each time, and in the second week you should do the same but try it twice a day, but its important that you take a day or 2 off every 3-4 days to let your muscles have a chance to recover.
if you have access to weights, do various exercises with a small amount of weight and high amount of reps.
