I eat like a pig and I should probably be fat beyond belief. But I walk 30 minutes home from school every day and I lost 3 pounds in 3 months? I'm just wondering, but how does this even work? xD I think I eat more then I burn…

Your BMR is probably higher than the amount of calories you eat. Your BMR is how many calories your body burns if you were to stay in bed for 24hours– practically how many calories your body burns to just stay ALIVE!! Walking home is very effective– especially in the heat of the day so that might be why also. Also, your metabolism is probably high making you hungry b/c the energy you burn needs replaced by energy you take in. Hope this helps! (:
