I am 13 and weigh 59kg. I want to lose at least 15kg.
I exercise 6 times a week and I can do more.
I mostly do running and bike riding.
I try to eat healthy but sometimes I can't stop myself from eating.
I eat two serves of fruit and probably four serves of veges.
I eat meat probably 3 times a week (red meat once) and fish 1 time a week.
Please help.

It sounds like you’re already amazingly healthy. Don't be surprised if you're gaining weight because it's probably muscle! As for the 'cant stop myself from eating', try practicing self control. Also don't buy foods that you can't resist. Lastly, if you really wanted to exercise more, you can exercise 7 times a week for about 1.5 hours a day. That’s the recommended amount for a healthy lifestyle; if you do more you might become too thin.

Im 13 also but i have the exact opposite problem im majorly underweight it sucks like i cant fit in anything i have to wear a size 8 slim in girls but you also have t realize that sometimes your just born with it and its in your genetics, which is something you get from your parents or relatives. During this time of age its really hard to stay fit because you might be staring your Girl time and during that time we loose A lot of iron which keeps us going. The best thing to do is start taking daily vitamins,drink lots of water,and start a sport like me, im in karate,soccer,diving,and.softball you don't have to do all but you should at least do one if possible.Remember sometimes your born with it and you cant get rid of it! Just stay happy and don't be negative about yourself and weight.

Don't deprive yourself of something you like, just aim for smaller portions. Share a dessert with a friend, have an ice cream cone instead of a larger portion. Portion size is the secret. Try pushing yourself more each week. Say if your running for 30 minutes now, try 40 minutes next week. When you feel like you need to eat junk, just remember that its bad for you, and you can eat food that are way superior for you that are good for you!!

It's not that you CAN”T stop yourself from eating, it's that you select not to. (I know this because I used to binge eat, and believed the same thing)
I've had weight loss success (25 pounds lost!!) while following these rules:
-Don't drink ANY soda. Not even a sip, because then you'll just want more. The cravings will go away, trust me.
-Do not eat any junk food. No chips, cookies, sugary cereal, etc.
-Get exercise each day. Alteast thirty minutes of it. It doesn't always have to be intense, walking will do just fine on some days. I usually do one of the following: jogging, walking, bike riding, elliptical, jumping on the trampoline, wii fit, DDR.
-No white bread or white rice.
-Whole grains only.
-I became a vegetarian. If you don't want to become a vegetarian, then atleast just stick to lean meats such as chicken and fish.
-Breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner.
-I eat around 1,300 calories daily.
-I only drink water, with the exception of a glass of soymilk with my breakfast. If I want some flavor, then white or green tea will do just fine. Still not as good as plain 'ol water though
-I cut out most cheese from my diet. It can be really fattening. The only kind of cheese I consume is cottage cheese and parmesan cheese. I've heard that swiss cheese is a good substitute too.
-NO fried foods. They're full of fat.
-Stay away from mayonnaise.
-eat breakfast as soon as you wake up in the morning to get your metabolism going.
-breakfast should be the largest meal of the day.
-try to not eat after 6:00pm
Foods I eat:
oatmeal (not instant)
whole wheat pita bread
hummus
carrots
romaine lettuce
tomato
cottage cheese
banana
apple
grapes
oranges
cucumber
beans-such as black beans, lentils, etc.
whole grain pasta (only about once a week though)
Parmesan cheese-to go on my romaine lettuce
Kashi golean cereal- not the crunch kind.
original cheerios
soymilk
Lipton white tea drink mix
eggs
Kashi trail mix granola bars
frozen mixed veggies
Morningstar garden veggie patties- you can find them in the frozen food isle.
