I'm 5'2'' 150 lbs & 14. I'm eating healthy that's a whole other matter I'm just speaking about exercise here. I see my personal trainer twice a week for an hour and we do weight training/muscle stuff. So if I do this every day, will I lose weight? I can commit to this. I don't think I'll “plateau” or something because I've never stuck to something like this. But I know I have the ability to. How long will it take do you think?

The suggested exercise amount for those with a healthy diet is a half hour, so you'll be fine! it really depends on how much you've exercised and everything before you started to lose weight on how long it will take. there's no certain number of weeks for anybody who isn't a week or two away already. I’ve lost about 20 pounds in about a month and a half by using a treadmill and dieting. I am still trying to lose more weight. It's really important to cut down calories or no matter how much running you do you won't lose much weight. I jog/walk 5 miles when I workout and I try to do this at least once every other day. I run the first mile and then alternate between jogging and walking the last 4 miles. I really have to push myself or my body doesn't get much out of the workout. When I'm done I’m usually soaked with sweat and out of breath. Sometimes I'm 2-5 lbs lighter when I'm done with my workout. Only about 1 lb. really comes off though. On my good days I keep my eating under 1000 calories.

Yeah you should be able to especially since you are active elsewhere… jog on the Treadmill at a slight incline… around 1% and that’ll help you…

How much you lose depends on what you are eating through out the day and each day… in addition to the exercise… but you want to only lose 1-2 lbs a week typically… more than that for too long is not very good for your body… Though you probably will lose a little more at some point than 1-2 lbs.

as long as you keep it all up you’ll definitely lose weight. normally it takes about 2-3 weeks for people to see even the slightest signs of losing weight, so dont give up unless you do it for about 1 and a half months and you dont see the smallest change.

if you keep gpoing with it you should definately lose weight

There's no reason why you shouldn't lose weight with this plan.. unless you go home and eat every bad food in sight. As long as you eat healthy and exercise, you got the right idea. Just don't give up.. it's hard to continue on when you don't see results right away.

You definitely will lose weight. Make sure you decrease your amount of calories by slicing sugars and carbs. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water. Hydrating your self is important.
