My sister would always skip meals but then eat a lot late at night also she exercises a lot more than a normal person.she used to starve herself for months then she stopped now shes doing this behavior help
Answer:
okay, first talk to your sister. tell her she has a problem. try to get HER to talk to someone - like her school counsler.
if you need help getting her to go;
email/IM me- alice_in_tearz@yahoo.com
she has an eating disorder - but saying that straight up wouldn't exactly help much. tell her you love her, and explain to her what she's doing. explain to her what she's doing to herself (ask if you need help with that part - the effects of the disorders) and try to convince her to speak to your parents (if they’ve a good relationship) or her school counsler (they should keep it all top secret)
Answer:
You should tell your parents. She might be mad at you at first, but it's for her best interest. She's either bulimic or anorexic. These means she's starving herself or eating lots of food and throwing it up. Those are mental illnesses and can be life threatening if she doesn't get help.
