okay so, i am gonna begin out by saying I’ve a good body according to most people, but I am not happy with it. so a week ago I’ve been eating so healthy and exercising a LOT! here’s my schedule…

wake up 7:00- begin with abs: do 465 crunches ( rotating sides ), 25 reverse sit-ups each side, 15 single leg snaps. then i do hips and thighs: 125 “air-humps”. :) haha, jump squats and lunges (as many as i can handle), then these tiny ab plank/leg lift things.
then i do pushups and tricep pushups.

i then go upstairs and make me a weight loss meal replacement shake at around 9:00. then at about 11:00 i will eat some fruit or a plain stick of celery. Then i go back down and do all those exercises again.

at around 2:00 i will eat something little maybe like a tortilla or small salad, sandwich or a pizza stick or something.
then i go back down and do the exercises AGAIN!

then around i eat a small portion of dinner..(Whatever is being prepared that day) and if it isn't a healthy choice i will have another meal replacer shake. then i do the exercises again, and then one more time after bed. . .

this has been going on for about a week and a half and i notice no difference in my weight or inches.. :( what is WRONG?!?!?! grrr

(for the first 3 days i didnt eat anything but i still did the exercises. I wasn't really doing it on purpose though, but i didn't lose anything then either!?)
5 hours ago - 4 days left to answer.

and is this routine ever gonna start working for me? . nothing has worked so far.
my father does a cleansing system where it has worked miracles for so many people but for me it does nothing. its so weird and SO irritating.

Answer:
well, your doing loads-but notice that you've only been doing it one week!!!!!!
your body needs time, and also i think your doing to much exercise…your body needs more protein than that. In fact it might be what happens to some models. When they don't eat or hardly eat, they loose muscle and their body runs on stored fat. Then they loose muscle definition and just get ill and an odd 'famished child' look.
I would do a week of detox first. So, eat only fruit and vegetables and water, and don't do demanding exercise. Yoga is perfect, because your relaxing your body. Then when you've finished detoxing, a small tip is don't eat three meals a day. Eat five. You have healthy options and small portions but it goes: breakfast-snack-lunch-snack-dinner.
don't eat anything after six pm,7pm at the latest, and do less demanding exercise. Go for an hour walk or bike ride every day. also drink green tea.

Weight loss became a huge problem for me until I tried out acai berry. I know they state that pills will not work, however they definitely worked for me, and they have been featured on CBS News too. There’s a free trial on right now at http://semacte.casadellerose.it, try it out , what have you got to lose?

Answer:
Don't skip meals, as your body will try to compensate by storing extra calories as fat cells becasue it thinks it's in danger of starving. Drink lots of fluids (to flush out toxins), and perhaps take a multi-vitamin if you don’t eat enough fruits/veggies.

I turned to organic foods, those without antibiotics or steriods, and it really helped. I also drink a ton of water (No Sodas!) and exercise daily, doing mostly yoga, swimming, and karate (because I don't like running).
I also eat 4-5 meals a day, and in smaller portions as well (junk food is a no-no!). Also, do not to eat three hours before sleeping, so your body does not absorb unnecessary calories while your relaxing.

i lost about 20 pounds in the last 6 weeks by using this wu yi drink stuff. so, ari i didn't really believe that it would work but they were giving out free trials online so i decided to try it and it actually works. it does some kind of chemical change in your body that changes the intake of your calories or something along those lines. if your interested, you can go to http://sn.vc/acai to find out more information and if you want get a free trial. it really helped me out.

If your body is not used to all that exercise, it needs more food to due the energy you’re expending. With your super low food intake and your high level of exercise, your body thinks you are trying to starve it to death and it will not release the fat, it stores it instead. Nor will you build muscle because they have no fuel to use to grow.

Answer:
The thing is, you seem to be eating too tiny. In order to loose weight, research has shown that you should be eating more than 1,200 calories a day, or else your body enters into 'starvation mode' and clings to your fat, and whenever you overeat you'll gain weight easier.

Therefore, to help your metabolism speed up, you need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Have a meal each two to three hours, but it's the quantity that counts.

Have a massive breakfast (400 calories),
3 hours later, a 100-calorie snack,
then have a good lunch of about 300 calories three hours later.
Have a snack (100 calories) three hours before dinner,
and then a nice dinner, 200 calories so that you'll be able to digest it overnight.
maybe a small snack of berries or a glass of milk three hours after dinner, before going to bed.

This has worked for me, so good luck!

I used to be quite fat, then I lost about 3 stone in about 2 and a half, almost 3 months. I used 2 weight loss products:

Firstly, I used unique hoodia which can be found at http://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=135… . It's an appetite suppressant which basically stops you wanting to eat as much.

Then I also used proactol, which can be found at http://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=135… . It's a clinically proven fat binder, basically a miracle pill, just take it and the fat just disappears.

While I would recccomend these products to anyone who is serious about loosing weight, I'd watch out in your case, you sound to me like you’re nearing anorexia, if other, honest, people say you look good, best bet is to ask someone who has no romantic interest at all, such as a gay friend, then you should probably just be happy with how you look.
