I'm 5'5'' and about 122lbs and I've recently started counting calories and like to keep it around 1000 per day. Is that fine or what?
Answer:
That’s too little. You need to eat at the least 1500 calories a day. Rule of thumb you multiply 15x your current weight. I know that adds up to 1800 or something like that. Unless you want to lose more weight, you shouldn't eat 1000 calories.
Answer:
Burning up calories became much simpler for me when I began visiting acai berry. I understand they say that pills won't work, but they definitely worked for me, and they've been showcased on the Rachael Ray Show too. There is a free trial on currently at http://fitens.starcraftiiforum.com , why not try it, what is the worst that could happen?
Answer:
I would state no. The average is 2,000. This doesn't really sound too healthy to me, but as long as you feel full and have energy throughout your day, I don't think that there is anything wrong with it. If you begin eating more calories though, begin exercising more, because a change in diet could cause weight gain.
Answer:
You can't do that for more than a couple days. After that, you body will begin to shutdown and go into starvation mode.
Answer:
Eating less isn’t going to do you good. Eating fair and excercising is ideal.
