4 laps around, run nonstop for at least 2 laps with out rest. (My neighborhood, which is a mile around.
50 push ups.
75-100 sit ups.
100 jumping jacks.
2 more laps around neighborhood.
Can you all tell me if this is a good routine each day? If not, can you tell me what I should change?

I advocate that you take time to find a good guide on weight loss and dieting. I have the ability to advocate one to you and I will post
a link to my blog where I talk about issues like these at the bottom.
Think of it like this… if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and dieting should only take one attempt. Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way.

If you are working on stamina or getting a nice form then yes it's a prety good routine. Can you really do 75-100 sit ups straight?? Because my friend can do up to 1,000 in 45 min and i can only do 30. Im in good shape dough.
