Whenever you're bored, look up “Kawaii Dances” on youtube. Everytime I see a video, I HAVE to dance along. If you dance long enough with the videos, you'll get exercise.
I do that everytime I'm bored, because I'm a dork.
Start by eating breakfast. You don't need much.
Like, a bowl of special K with 2% milk, or fruit, whole wheat toast, or just a granola bar. o_o
Eat the main dishes at school. Ignore the extras, since they cost a lot. Just grab the ham sand. or salad. Or just pack your own lunch. Turkey on whole wheat, with some Sun Chips, grapes or strawberries or something.
Eat the chicken sandwich once in a while, just not each day. Like, every three days you can. [I'm confusing, I know.]
Walk around the block each night. Its relaxing, and helps me go to sleep. [Zzz…]
When you're hungry, don't eat ALOT. Like, not an entire meal. Make a bag of popcorn and put it in a small bowl.
Save the rest for later. [If it doesn't get bad]
Basically, eat in moderation.
I was 180 lbs and 14 years old last year. -_-
I started duplicating what my friend did, and I'm now 15 and 124lbs.
Its hard to be stick thin perfect, but being a normal wight is REALLY simple.
Do sit ups when you're bored, also. Just the tight-feeling makes me feel “Ahh…”
And since summers coming, you can go swimming with friends, or by yourself. Thats great exercise. [As long as you actually swim, not just sit around.]

I'm was in the same boat you’re, just a year older but the same height and stuff…i just started waking up earlier in the morning, stretching then jogging, jump roping for 15min each, cruches and push-ups. I eat a lot of salads but you might not be huge on salads so just avoid foods that you find yourself unable to stop eating like chips, candy, pizza, junk in general and fast food (especially french fries) and eat smaller portions of any meal. Find something to motivate yourself (it's hard to do but you will feel superior if you’ve a strong feeling for why you want to change). I've been doing this for about 3 months, I've lost almost 40lbs and I feel good. And reward yourself too, think good thoughts about yourself and smile when you make good food choices, just stay in a happy attitude it has a big impact on your results. you can always shoot me an e-mail if you need some ideas…
