Jenny Craig
Weight Watchers
LA Weight Loss
Nutrasystem

Which of these diet plans (Along with a gym membership is the ideal for losing weight in a healthy way.

(my aunt did Jenny craig years ago when they made you practically starve yourself on three bite sized meals a day… don't know if it's change now.)

Answer:
Weight Watchers has been consistently ranked very high, and even suggested by doctors, practically since its inception. The problem with Jenny Craig, LA Weight Loss, and Nutrasystem, is that they want you to buy THEIR stuff, some of which is really questionable merchandise (like the LA Weight Loss supplements, which can cost like $80 for a couple months' supply, and are really just mild caffeine pills; key ingredient: Green Tea Extract.). Plus, LAWL in particular has a really “hard sell” tactic which they use. Bottom line is, they’re in business to make money–all of these groups; but WW is more of a counseling service that you pay for, and they instruct you how to eat for life, as opposed to just trying to make you purchase their nasty foods and supplements every time you show up. If you really need the group support thing–and a lot of people are very successful using this method–then definitely check them out.

Answer:
Weight loss was a nightmare for me until I tried out acai berry. I know they state that pills don't work, nevertheless they definitely worked for me, and they’ve been featured on CBS News too. There’s a free trial going on right now at http://belams.spiregallery.com, try it , how worse could it make things?

Answer:
Weight Watchers is a life long health program and it works ideal.
