okay today ive ate

breakfast–

-90 cal granola bar

lunch

-1 cup whole wheat pasta with 50 cal and 1/2 gram of fat pasta sauce (250 cal)

-grilled boneless skinless chicken 4 oz (110 cal)

-cup of broccoli-(40 cal)

-2 thin cookies natural (100 cal)

then i worked out and ran 3.2 miles, lots of crunches, leg lifts

then i had a fiber one granola bar (140 cal)

and then i went out and stuff.

and dinner was

-90 whole wheat tortilla shell with natural/organic peanut butter (1 tbsp), and 3 teaspoons of low sugar natural jelly.

-serving of kashi crackers (130 cal)

-one pear (80 cal)

and then for dessert i had a fat free 100 cal yogurt

so in all, about 1300 calories.

but i had a lot of fat this day i think…was it too much?

i passed out this morning, so i tried to eat a little more fat than usual (the peanut butter) but i think i might have over done it.

HELP

im 17, 5'5'', and 113 lbs

Answer:
I think you did great and your weight is on target. but eat more in the morning and a lighter dinner. Because you'll need the energy for your day. However extra calories at night will just add up to pounds!

Answer:
First off, you need a larger breakfast, as in 400-700 calories. People who do not eat breakfast tend to gain weight and have health problems. Second, you’re underweight, and 1300 calories is WAAAAAAAAAAY too low. You need 1,700 AT LEAST.

Answer:
wow omg your already skinny…113 and 5'5.

eat more…

dude im just as tall and i dont even weigh 120 i eat 3000 calories a day…im not fat at all…
